Brief Bio
Emily was born in San Diego, CA, just four days after Christmas. She grew up in East County, graduating from Grossmont High School in 2001. She attended Point Loma Nazarene University in San Diego, CA for four years and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in journalism in 2005.
Emily did an intensive, month-long screenwriting program in the summer of 2006 in Los Angeles, CA. She was back in San Diego for a year, but just moved permanently to Los Angeles where she is feeding her passion (obsession?) for all things movies and television by working for Warner Brothers Studios.
If ever there were a cineast (yes, it’s a real word), it’d be her.
