So I did end up watching the second episode of Pushing Daisies after I watched America’s Next Top Model.
The three redeeming factors of this week’s episode (and maybe even the show):
-Several scenes took place on our backlot and I recognized all of them (doesn’t really help those of you who haven’t been to the lot, but it’s a big deal to me – it’s exciting!). And in the promos for next week I saw a scene that I got to watch being filmed.
-It was actually funny. I even laughed out loud a few times. And not just a snicker, but a full-on laugh.
-Kristin Chenoweth sang. A whole song. From the musical “Grease.” She’s just so hopelessly devoted to Ned!
So next week, maybe I’ll watch Pushing Daisies live and tape America’s Next Top Model instead…
I’m sooo surprised. I would have pegged your for a Pushing Daisies fan.
Ah, well, I adore it. I think it’ll grow on you. Get it? Grow on you… I need sleep.
