Emily Belsey

So here I am, in Los Angeles, CA. The past week has been a new experience for me, one that I’d always dreamed of having but never really dared to hope I would. Act One has been everything I’d hoped it would be, yet it’s also way more than I dreamed it could be. And none of it surprises me at all. Anyway, I’ve learned about myself as a writer and as a Christian this past week and my worldview has been revolutionized. I can no longer be content with the way things were going. I’ve been called to be a Jonah (albeit, a very funny Jonah) to Nineveh. Los Angeles truly is a city of opportunity. If you’re good enough, people will pay attention. So Monday my classes will continue and hopefully soon I’ll be gainfully employed.
